Overcoming Guilt

Guilt is acid rain for the soul. There is likely nothing as chronically destructive as guilt; because, unlike some physically illnesses, guilt rarely goes away. Instead, it may simply retreat for a few days or weeks…only to attack once again and leave one feeling beaten and helpless.
